Good old-fashioned American comfort food has a new home in Palm Springs at 1260 South Palm Canyon... the Brushfire Grille and 911 Saloon.
Friendly, casual and fun with a focus on big, hearty plates of food that will be very familiar to the American palate. According to GM Tex Seiberling, this new roadhouse style restaurant and bar under the direction of Chef Andre Carthen is doing seasonal menu planning to take advantage of the fresh, wholesome food grown right here in the Coachella Valley. Bring your appetite because big, heaping plates of fried chicken, meatloaf, pork chops, wings and more are what's for dinner at Brushfire.
The 911 Saloon features a fully stocked bar, three big screen TV's and a soundtrack of hand picked classic rock favorites, vintage country & western tunes and some current tracks thrown in to keep it fresh. Guests will find hot food, ice cold drinks and a warm, friendly welcome when they venture into Brushfire. A visit to Brushfire is the ticket when good food and a fun, casual evening in Palm Springs is on the agenda!
